Payment Information and Card Security
You are able to pay by credit card online.
We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
Once you complete the details and press "Buy" you will be taken to a secure area where you can safely enter your credit card details.
At the completion of the transaction, you will be taken to a transaction confirmation page. You will then be permitted to access the course.
Payment amounts are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Your credit card payment will be processed securely by Stripe.
When you pay Bright Law via credit card, your card details are transmitted through a secure server directly to our bank without ever being stored on either the Bright Law system or the Stripe system.
Card data is not hosted by Bright Law after processing.

Refund policy
Whether you change your mind, select the wrong course or the course does not meet your needs, if within 7 days of purchase you notify us that you are not satisfied, you can cancel your purchase and we will refund your money or register you for another course at no additional cost, as you choose.

Becoming a site user
Access to the operational part of the website can be obtained by registration only.
You can register either individually or, if you have organisation access, through your administrator.
New users can register by completing the registration process once you click on Buy for a particular course.
For organisations Bright Law will provide an administrator with a login ID and password which will entitle the administrator to access the site to monitor staff progress
Individual users can change their passwords on the operational site.
Once you have registered you can search for new courses by clicking on "courses". It will display a list of enrolled and un-enrolled courses. You may purchase courses for the ones you are not enrolled into.

Licence CPD requirements
I am a credit representative. What do I have to do?
A representative providing independent home loan credit assistance must complete at least 20 hours of CPD each year.
A representative only providing home loan credit assistance in relation to their licensee’s own credit products has a choice of:
* a minimum 20 hours of CPD each year; or
* a regular knowledge update review administered by a registered training organisation (RTO) at least once every three years and sufficient hours of CPD each year in order to maintain the representative’s knowledge of key regulatory and market developments and to enable completion of the knowledge update review.
All other representatives must complete training as determined by the licensee (but between 10 and 30 hours of CPD each year), and as appropriate to the representative’s role and industry sector.
I am a responsible manager. What do I have to do?
A responsible manager should undertake a minimum 20 hours professional development each calendar year.

Can't see a video
If you are having issues with video playback, it's usually caused by your specific browser.
Here's some troubleshooting tips that you can try: *Use an Incognito Browser so that any browser plugins that are causing the issues are disabled. *Clear your Browser Cookies & Cache.

Course reports
The site monitors your course completion progress and produces a certificate of completion so that you can claim CPD points. Generally, 1 hour of training equates to 1 CPD point.

Course access
You can access courses and products by either logging in first or by clicking on the relevant course or product in the Course Catalogue. If a course interests you, if you are a new user, you will need to register to enrol for a course.
Once you pay the fee (by credit card online), click on the course name in the payment receipt and launch the course.
You will also receive an email confirming your course subscription.
You can access the course as many times as you like until its advertised expiry date.
Individuals: There is no limit on the number of times the videos can be accessed for an individual buyer's personal use for 90 days after purchase. Companies: Please call or email if you wish to discuss a company package. We’ll send you an invoice and arrange course access.
If you have already paid for it you can resume access at any time after payment.
If you have forgotten what courses you have completed you can log on and view all the courses you have previously completed. The system will tell you if you have started but not completed a course.
To start a course, click on Launch.

Forgot your password?
Registered users can log in by clicking on Signin in the top right of the Home Page or by going to the Sign In page
If you have forgotten your password click on Forgot Password in the top right corner of the Home Page or by going to the Sign In page.
To update your password, please visit your user profile, and then click on login details.
