For CEO’s, Accountable Persons, Responsible Managers, Product Managers and Risk and Compliance Managers in banking, lending, financial advice, insurance and superannuation sectors

Recent changes mean that financial and credit products are regulated from design and distribution through to administration, breach reporting and termination.

And the proposed Financial Accountability Regime will require the nomination of executives who have end-to-end product responsibility.

As we start 2022 Bright Law brings you 2 webinars, highlighting issues and changes that you need to know about.

In these webinars we will introduce a simple framework and tool and discuss how to use it to help you better manage financial products during a product lifecycle to avoid confusion and uncertainty.
