In these webinars we will introduce a simple framework and tool and discuss how to use it to help you better manage financial products during a product lifecycle to avoid confusion and uncertainty.

The product regulation webinar series will be in two parts: firstly, financial products for retail clients on Wednesday 19 January and secondly, consumer credit products on Wednesday 2 February.

What you will learn

Outcomes: After completing the webinar financial product issuers and distributors will take with them a product matrix to categorise and identify their financial products. They will be able to assess their licensing, disclosure and breach reporting requirements for individual product types and will be aware of ongoing compliance issues.
